Tri-Fecta Farm in Fox Lake, WI
“Come for the food, stay for the stories!”
We are excited to host the 2025 Wisconsin Farm to Table summer dinner at Tri-Fecta Farm. Not only will you be treated to a full dinner menu of the freshest locally-sourced ingredients, but you will also have the chance to learn more about us and some of the other farmers whose products will be featured that evening. We want you to know and trust your food and where it comes from, and so we welcome the opportunity to share our story in an intimate, on-farm event, up close and personal.
Proceeds from the event will split between Dairy’s Foundation and Waupun Area FFA and Agricultural Education Foundation. Dairy Foundation has a vision in which communities across the nation are undergirded by a professional, proactive, prepared dairy industry, collaborating with neighbors, and uniting through educational programs. Dairy’s Foundation supports educational programs aligned with our core objectives. Waupun Area FFA promotes growth by awarding scholarships and business start-up grants to high school FFA members, graduating seniors and undergraduate students that are alumni of the Waupun Area FFA and surrounding area.
About Us and Our History
Tri-Fecta Farms is a family-owned dairy operation located in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Established in 1993 by Keven and Cheryl Schultz, the farm has been a cornerstone of the local agricultural community. In 2008, their three children—Kari Gribble, Nick Schultz and Katy Schultz—purchased the farm from their parents, transitioning it into a sibling-run operation.
Today, Tri-Fecta Farms milks 400 dairy cows and manages 2,000 acres of cropland, producing a diverse range of crops including corn, soybeans, peas, alfalfa, and rye. The farm also raises beef-on-dairy calves, which are marketed through their on-farm market. This diversification allows consumers to connect directly with the source of their food and understand modern agricultural practices.
Tri-Fecta Farms exemplifies the values of family, sustainability, and community, making it a vital part of Wisconsin’s agricultural landscape.
